The solid stuff
1 can of black beans
1 wrinkled red pepper
1/2 of a wrinkled jalapeno
1/2 onion left over from other recipe
Almost 2 cans of water
Garlic, 1 big clove
1/2 tsp of ginger

To Spice
1 tsp of vegetable Better than Boullion
Salt (to taste)

To finish
1.) Lime juice

1.) Add the Better than Boullion, garlic, ginger and beans to the water
2.) Add the red pepper, jalapeno, and garlic
3.) Cook at a slow boil
4.) Add the lime juice
5.) Put in fridge, eat the next day!

Cook for 30-40 minutes
Serve over rice (usually in most people’s pantries) or as a soup with a side salad
