Sushi rolls for dinner…

Yes, I have seaweed in my pantry. I wasn’t joking when I said that I have a thing for food (of all kinds)

Sushi with leftovers

3 sheets of nori
3/4 cup of leftover rice
1/4 part of avocado (left over in fridge)
2 green onions (cut in short strips)
Sesame Seeds

Dipping Sauce

2 parts soy sauce
1 part sesame oil
1+ part vinegar
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Mix together, set aside

Cook the rice
Spread the rice about 2-3 tablespoons from the edge of the nori about 2″ in
Add avocado
Add sesame seeds
Add green onion

That’s it! Enjoy
